I founded OpenVoice with the hope of providing a stable, institutionalized and low-threshold debate growth platform for young people who love to express themselves. I believe that debate should not be the privilege of a few, but rather the starting point for more people to understand the world and shape their voices. As the initiator, I am not only committed to promoting educational equality, but also leading the team to realize their ideals through actions. Through repeated practices and feedback, I truly return the opportunity to be "heard" to everyone.

I like everything that is logical, whether it's formation and positioning or code structure. When I'm doing technical work, I always think one more step: If there's a problem on the spot, how can it be remedied? When will the platform be iterated? I hope this system can support us to go further.

I'm used to recording the logical chain of each round in a notebook, and sometimes I even draft the comments. Perhaps being meticulous is a bit obsessive-compulsive, but I really enjoy those moments when I dissect a debate clearly and let the contestants understand their gains and losses. The referee is not only the one who scores but also the one who lights the lamp.

I'm not very talkative, but I'm basically online throughout the backstage of every competition, quietly dealing with all kinds of crashes, bugs, and refreshing the schedule... I think a user-friendly and smooth system is a kind of respect. I'm not that outgoing, but I enjoy doing things well.

Promotion is not about spreading information, but about making people willing to click on it, stay and join. I enjoy warming up in group chats with emoticons and resolving doubts with clear language. I'm often the first to reply to parents' letters. After getting to know me, everyone says I'm "the most warm-hearted person on the OpenVoice"

Every time I finish debating, I review the competition. When I have time, I can write a whole paragraph of reflection on the handling of a POI. Sharing experiences is not about showing off skills; rather, I believe that "writing them down" is a process of re-understanding oneself and also helping others. I'm a nerd, but I like it this way.

I most often appear in the group chats on the platform. Whenever someone asks a question, I always want to reply first. Sometimes I would also go to listen to a competition that I wasn't involved in, just because I wanted to get to know a few more contestants. I believe that debate is not only a competition but also a connection between people.

I have no concept of speaking speed, but I am extremely sensitive to rhythm. On the stage, I like to use metaphors and unexpected twists to catch the judges' attention. Off the stage, I love to take on promotional tasks because I want to capture these fun and profound moments. I'm not a genius, but I'm very engaged and have a lot of fun.
