To Join the Team!
The OpenFloor team is composed of a group of young debaters from all over the country. We love expression and believe in the educational value of debate, and are committed to providing more students with professional, friendly and equal practice and growth Spaces.
To be a Judge
1. Be familiar with the British Parliamentary (BP) competition system and its scoring criteria;
2. Have actual BP competition experience or refereeing experience (at least one);
3. Be able to give clear oral comments and be willing to provide constructive feedback;
4. Understand our culture of evaluation that aims for practice and growth, and is not result-oriented;
5. Attend on time and complete the assigned referee tasks, respecting the competition order and the efforts of the participants.

To be an Organizer
1. Have good communication skills and time management abilities;
2. Be capable of undertaking specific execution tasks before, during and after the competition, such as registration coordination, question setting coordination, meeting control, group notification, form update, etc.
3. Have a spirit of teamwork, be willing to support each other and communicate proactively in tasks;
Respect the contestants and referees, and maintain a friendly, efficient and education-oriented community atmosphere;
4. Be able to assist in completing at least one practice match (including preparations before and after) every month;
Be willing to understand and convey the culture and values of OpenFloor.
